General InformationWe are often asked how to get a "big picture" view of the research portfolio of the BMIL. A good place to start is the book chapters, review articles, and commentaries on our Publications page. For those of you interested in mammographic image analysis, this external site may also be helpful.Prospective high school research assistantsThe procedures for high school students are essentially identical to those for undergraduate students. Please see below. Prospective undergraduate research assistantsUndergraduates should follow the instructions on the undergraduate research application. Please take careful note of the expectations and requirements.Application for spring 2010 should be submitted no later than December 1, 2009.Prospective graduate research assistantsThe UT BMIL recruits graduate students primarily through the graduate program in Biomedical Engineering, but sometimes also through Electrical and Computer Engineering and Cell and Molecular Biology.
